Electric Power Fittings

Connecting and assembling various devices in the power system, these metal accessories serve the purpose of transmitting mechanical loads, electrical loads, and providing a certain degree of protection. Such as suspension clamp, tension clamp, link fitting, tension joint, protective fitting, bus-bar fitting, clevis, shackle, U-bolt, yoke plate, hook, thimble, terminal connector, T-connector and etc.

Suspension Clamp

Suspension clamp is a component used in industries such as electricity, telecommunications, and railways. Its primary purpose is to secure and connect cables, telephone lines, steel rails on railways, and ground wires.

Tension Clamp

Tension clamps are devices used to secure conductors, withstand conductor tension, and suspend conductors on tension string assemblies or pole towers. They are primarily used to anchor and fix conductors or lightning protection wires on non-straight-line pole towers with tension insulator strings. They also serve as anchor points for tension towers' stay wires.

Link Fittings

The hardware that connects insulators, suspension clamps, tension clamps, and protective fittings to form suspension or tension string assemblies is referred to as link fittings. It includes yoke plates, adjusting plates, turnbuckle, ball-eye, ball-hook, socket-clevis eye, shackle, parallel clevis, towing plate, extension rod, heart-shaped ring, U-bolt and more.

Splice Fittings

Splice fittings refer to fittings used for the connection between two conductors, capable of meeting the mechanical and electrical performance requirements of the conductors. Overhead transmission lines require the use of splice fittings for connection. For conductors, splice fittings not only need to establish a good electrical current path but also bear the tension of the conductor, and their strength and gripping force must not be lower than 95% of the calculated tensile strength of the conductor.

Partial Tension Fittings

Partial Tension Fitting is used for connecting wires or electrical equipment terminals with the primary purpose of transmitting electrical loads. It includes terminal connectors, T-connector, and copper to aluminum adapter board.

Protective Fittings

Protective fittings are used for providing protection, either for conductors, ground wires, various electrical devices, or the fittings themselves, by serving as protective elements for electrical or mechanical performance. It includes two main categories of protective equipment: mechanical protection fittings for conductors and electrical protection fittings for insulators.
